Employer Description Our client specialises in flow control solutions Job Description The Sales Manager is responsible for executing the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services across Sub- Saharan Africa and South Africa Execute the business plan to achieve orders, sales, profitability and targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key users and stakeholders Identify and engage with potential customers Support and guide sales teams and partner networks Lead and manage a team and provide coaching, performance management and development Oversee the inquiry to invoice process Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all regions Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the Valves, Pumps, or Automation industry. At least 10 years of proven success in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business execution Experience working with customers in Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Refining & Petrochemical, and Metals & Mining industries. Travel between SA & Sub-Saharan Africa Skills Strong technical orientation with in-depth knowledge of valves, pumps, and automation systems. Proven ability to execute business plans and deliver measurable results. Demonstrated people management skills, including team leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution.
