A busy and well-established dental practice in the East Rand of Gauteng is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-presented, and confident in managing a dental front office with efficiency and care. The Ideal Starting Date would be: 5 January 2026 (if possible) Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in a dental practice (non-negotiable) Proficiency in GoodX (or similar billing systems) Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused approach Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a professional front desk environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Duties include (but are not limited to): Managing patient bookings and the appointment schedule Handling phone calls, emails, and patient queries Billing and accounts using GoodX Managing patient files and documentation Assisting the dentist and team with general administrative support Ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations Salary: R16 000 – R18 000 gross (depending on experience) Working hours: 07:30 – 17:30 (no weekends) How to Apply: Interested and qualified candidates can apply online with their updated CVs.
