Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend to and resolve all banking queries on the Standard Bank system.
• Ensure strict adherence to all bank timelines and procedural requirements.
• Follow up with the full Foreclosure team to ensure compliance with bank standards.
• Engage professionally with all stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and bank representatives.
• Oversee and guide team members to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage, track, and update all Standard Bank foreclosure matters within the required systems.
• Prepare and submit reports to Directors and Standard Bank as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience working in a foreclosure department or legal foreclosure environment is essential.
• Proficient in the following systems:
  • CACS
  • LegalSuite
  • Caselines
  • CourtOnline
• Strong administrative discipline and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and speed.
