Head Bartender | Qatar | Night Club and Lounge We are seeking an experienced HEAD BARTENDER to join the team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha. This exciting position will be based at the hotels exclusive night club and lounge, offering a vibrant atmosphere and world-class service. Requirements Proven Head Bartender experience in night clubs or lounges (nonnegotiable) Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and premium beverage service Ability to lead and train bar staff to deliver exceptional service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable; confident, and customerfocused Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations in the hotels luxury night club / lounge Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to the highest standards Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of bar supplies Supervise and mentor bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with 5star hospitality expectations Collaborate with management to design signature cocktails and enhance guest experience Salary package Basic salary of QAR 6,000 per month Accommodation Other benefits To apply for Head Bartender | Qatar | Night Club and Lounge, please send yourCV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
