Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Manage drivers, coordinate delivery routes, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee inventory control, conduct cycle counts, and enforce FIFO practices.
• Mentor and develop warehouse staff, fostering a disciplined and consistent operational culture.

 
Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse health & safety standards.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
