A leading FMCG company based in Killarney Gardens is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control. Ensure accurate stock management, cycle counts, and adherence to cold-chain protocols. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance across all warehouse processes. Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to warehouse staff to ensure efficient output. Monitor the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and cold storage machinery. Collaborate with logistics, production, and quality teams to support smooth operations. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records. Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse. Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) essential. Certification and/or qualification in Supply Chain or a related field. Minimum 35 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the FMCG environment. Strong understanding of cold-chain logistics, stock control systems, and food safety requirements. Experience using ERP systems such as Syspro, SAP, or similar. In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch processes. Ability to operate and supervise cold storage equipment and material-handling machinery. Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse documentation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team. High attention to detail, accountability, and strong problem-solving abilities. Benefits Salary: negotiable.
