Western Cape: Financial Controller (In-office) posted by Communicate Finance

This position involves preparing payment requisitions and attaching invoices, preparing the Evolution supplier ledger to payment batches and performing monthly petty cash counts. This role also includes payroll, auditing, registering suppliers on the Nedbank platform, generating ad-hoc customer services, VAT processing, maintaining precise financial records, assist with monthly spot checks on operational asset registers and stock counts.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-year experience
Proven hospitality experience (Protel PMS)
Familiarity with Sage Evolution
Proficient in MS Office (intermediate level)
Experience with Nedbank systems
Customer service oriented
Excellent communications skills
Performing well under pressure
Professional written and verbal communication skills

Qualification:
Financial Diploma or B. Com Accounting degree or similar
SAIPA Articles (advantageous)
