We are currently looking for a senior engineer to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.

DUTIES:

• You must be a self-starter and be able to build and maintain large and intricate systems.
• You will need to solve complex problems keeping performance and scaling in mind.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 4 years+ experience in a lead developer role.
• Should be able to work in a variety of technologies, both front-end, backend and easily pick up new technologies and languages.
• Must be familiar with the LEMP Stack.
• Should also be familiar with PHP and related technologies.
• Should be comfortable to research and present new ideas to the company.
• Should understand software architecture.
