In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing complex projects from initial design through to implementation, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients and team members, managing relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all stages of electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure effective execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies as required.
• Foster strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve maximum performance and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the electrical or construction industry.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly regarded.
• Registered with SACPCMP as a Pr. Eng., Pr. Tech., or Pr. CPM (must).
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
