Requirements:

• Cost Management Ensure accurate financial planning & control
• Estimating Prepare BOQs, analyse tenders, and manage costs
• Contract Administration Handle contract documentation & compliance
• Sub-Contractor & Supplier Management Negotiate, finalize, and track agreements
• Revenue & Cash Flow Management Maximise opportunities & ensure positive cash flow
• Reporting Maintain accurate cost reports & financial assessments

Responsibilities:

• BSc (Hons) or BTech in Quantity Surveying
• 2+ years experience in construction contracting (Building Projects preferred)
• Expertise in JBCC, CCS, QTO, & MS Excel
• Strong financial acumen & knowledge of operational construction processes
• Attention to detail, leadership, adaptability & problem-solving skills
