This role plays a pivotal part in fostering a values-driven culture, supporting the workforce, and ensuring that people practices align with the clients’ vision of being a global leader in the fresh produce industry. Key Responsibilities Support HR Operations in the Packhouse – IR – Administrational tasks – Benchmarking – Employee committee Ensure Compliance and Best Practices – Time & Attendance – Contracts Health and Safety – Maintain H&S file – Support operations.
