Commercial Business Development Manager – KZN We are looking for a high-performing Commercial Business Development Manager based in KwaZulu-Natal, with a strong background in logistics, transport, fleet, or truck sales. This is not a relationship-management-only role. This is proper, door-knocking, pipeline-building, commission-driven sales. The Role: -You will be responsible for driving new commercial business within the fleet and logistics space. This includes: -Proactively identifying, targeting, and securing new commercial and fleet clients -Building and constantly expanding a strong sales pipeline -Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close -Developing long-term commercial relationships with decision-makers -Taking full accountability for results and revenue growth -This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, knows how to structure their own day, and understands that consistent activity = consistent commission.
