Minimum Requirements: Verified truck driving experience (documented and verifiable) Valid Code EC (CE) Driver’s License – issued before September 2009 Age: 35 – 44 years (at cut-off date of deployment) Valid passport Criminal record certificate References/work certificates and licence verification (incl. proof of driving practice if applicable) Updated CV and biometric photo English & German-speaking candidates will be given preference Non-German speakers must be willing to attend German language courses (A1–B1 included in program) Willingness to undergo driving skills assessments (funded by PV) South African or Namibian citizens only Offer: Salary: ± €2,500 per month plus extras Long-term employment and relocation to Germany Funded practical driving test in South Africa (test site, vehicle, examiner fees covered) Full support with visa, recognition, and integration in Germany Program Fee Model (Transparent & Structured): EUR 1,500 total program fee EUR 500 payable to Owlwork locally (before visa/travel arrangements – receipt issued) EUR 1,000 payable to PV via two payroll deductions of EUR 500 each (from your first two salaries in Germany) This is a service fee (onboarding & integration), not a placement fee Candidates must cover their own flight ticket to Germany (not included in the program fee) No hidden charges – receipts provided for all payments Language & Qualification Support: German language courses (A1–B1) included in program fee Driving test in South Africa fully funded (PV covers examiner fees, test site, and vehicle) Background checks and documentation review included
