As a PT, you will operate independently, servicing your own clients while leveraging the Virgin Active brand, environment, and business support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1-on-1 or small group personal training sessions. Attract and retain your own client base within the club. Maintain a visible and professional presence on the training floor. Conduct complimentary intro sessions with new members. Manage your own business admin, bookings, and schedule. Promote a safe, clean and motivating environment. Minimum Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer (NQF Level 5 or higher). Business acumen and self-management skills.
