This role involves working in a high-volume factory environment using commercial baking equipment. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing large production runs while maintaining quality and precision. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, sheet, proof, and bake large quantities of dough and pastries daily. Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment (mixers, sheeters, ovens, etc.). Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to recipes. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. (HAACP knowledge) Work efficiently to meet production targets and schedules. Support continuous improvement of production processes.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or industrial bakery environment. Demonstrated experience in bulk or mass production of pastries and croissants. Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques. Ability to work early shifts and perform under pressure.
