Duties: Bookkeeping (Full Function) Processing tax invoices for suppliers and customers Processing and reconciling cashbooks (bank recons) Reconciling to supplier and customer statements Payroll processing SARS E-Filing: EMP201 & EMP501 submissions VAT reconciliation and returns Assist with VAT reviews on SARS Processing of journals and process up to a final trial balance Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant tertiary education preferred Must have at least 5 years experience as a bookkeeper Must be proficient in accounting software (Pastel) Must have knowledge of Annual Financial Statement Must be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must have contactable references No criminal record (checks will be done
