About the Role
AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking a skilled Commercial Secretary (Legal) to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our ghost practice, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents, filing, and data entry.
- Managing office day-to-day operations, including budgeting, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for senior staff members.
- Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Secretary (Legal) or in a similar role.
- Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior staff members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
