About the Role
Tri Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company in Pretoria East, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all tender-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Maintain and update tender registers and documentation
- Source and monitor tender opportunities on relevant platforms
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company standards
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Prepare supporting documents and ensure accurate record-keeping
Requirements
- Matric (a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous)
- Proven experience as a Tender Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
