Job Description

Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and ensure system records remain accurate. Record and control all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers. Investigate stock variances and resolve discrepancies. Assist with physical stock counts and reconciliations. Prepare basic inventory reports and maintain supporting documentation. Liaise with internal teams across warehousing, logistics, and finance on inventory matters. Requirements Education & Experience Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field. Up to 2 years experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain roles. Sage Experience Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of inventory control principles. Ability to analyse data and solve problems. Good communication and organisational skills. Proficient in Excel; experience with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
