About the Role

As a Service Ambassador at Virgin Active South Africa Pty Ltd in Cape Town, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences across various areas of the club. Your daily interactions and engagement with members will play a key role in retaining them, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about exercise and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct front-of-house duties
  • Control access into the facility
  • Communicate and provide information to staff, members, and prospective members
  • Deliver on member needs and experiences from entry to exit
  • Adhere to operational standards, administration policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent
  • Successful completion of Reception Academy
  • Good understanding and knowledge of digital platforms
  • Sound knowledge of Virgin Active exercise experiences
  • Comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and desired customer experience
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a face-to-face customer-facing role

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent
  • Successful completion of Reception Academy
