Sagen Advisory is currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable and invoice Administrator on behalf of our international client, based in Somerset West, a leading provider of global mobility services to their worldwide clients via their regional hubs located in North America, South America, Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia. They manage a global network of over 1,000 specialist approved partners worldwide. Our client supports employee immigration and relocations worldwide, delivering exceptional service through a network of regional hubs and specialist partners across all major global regions that support HR teams.
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and invoice Administrator to join this dynamic, fast-paced business. This role plays a key part in supporting global operations through accurate and timely client billing and direct engagement with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise accurate sales invoices via internal billing software for various international entities.
- Ensure timely and compliant processing of billing files (invoices and pro-formas).
- Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to uphold service excellence.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and address billing enquiries efficiently.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal teams globally.
- Provide supporting documentation to clients and auditors as required.
- Proactively manage and review pending billing to avoid delays.
- Uphold information security and data protection standards in line with global compliance requirements.
- Promote environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) practices within the workplace.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Team player.
- Matric Certificate.
- 3 years experience in a similar role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Forward-thinking and a problem solver.
- Knowledge of sales tax (VAT, GST, etc.)
- Excellent Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Adaptability to work with diverse international teams.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.
- Positive, proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of accounting software (X3 ideal but not necessary)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Experience working with multiple currencies and varying tax systems.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods.
- Solid understanding of billing processes and their impact on business operations.
- A certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant skill set (Adventurous but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many international cultures and personalities
- Familiarity, and/or desire to understand commercial drivers and operations of a global business environment and cross-border transactions.
Remuneration: R20 000 R25 000pm, depending on qualifications and experience
