About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Wellness Manager for a luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger. This exciting live-in opportunity is ideal for a hands-on, professional wellness manager with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest wellbeing, and the ability to maintain the highest standards in a luxury safari lodge environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spa operations and ensure high standards of professionalism
- Oversee daily activities and coordinate team efforts
- Develop and implement new wellness programs and services as needed
- Monitor health and safety regulations in a spa environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior wellness or spa management role within a luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and holistic approaches
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: R16,000 per month
