About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative – Parts to join our team at Ford & Land Rover George in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and achieving dealer objectives through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales process ensuring timeous deliveries
- Follow up on all active prospects and update customer data base regularly
- Offer product solutions to customers and retain current customers for repeat business as well as acquire new business
- Monitor and control stock levels
- Ensure policies and procedures relevant to the business are adhered to
- Use excellent negotiation skills and communicate effectively using all mediums verbal, electronic etc.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Parts Sales Representative within the Motor Industry
- High product knowledge of parts and accessories
- Ability to follow up on active prospects and update customer data base regularly
- Efficient in administration duties
Qualifications
- Matric or Grade 12
- Valid South African drivers license
- Fully computer literate
