About the Role
Step into a rewarding role as a Human Resources Manager with a respected FMCG manufacturing team in Cape Town! In this role, you will be instrumental in driving and implementing HR strategies aligned with business, operational, and quality objectives. You will support workforce planning, partner closely with managers on end-to-end people management, and ensure strong HR governance across the site.

Requirements
- 15 years of proven HR and large-scale IR experience
- At least 5 years in a senior HR or business partner role (preferably within FMCG or manufacturing)
- At least 3 years of payroll experience
- Ethical auditing knowledge (SEDEX/SMETA) and extensive applied understanding of BCEA, LRA, OHSA, SDA, COIDA, EEA, POPI, and related legislation
Qualifications
- BComm, BA Industrial Psychology, or BTech Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
