About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for nurturing and growing key client accounts in the FMCG Industry. As a seasoned professional with marketing experience, you will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities for upselling products or services, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain strong Relationships with Key Clients
- Understand Client needs and identify opportunities to upsell Products or services
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Negotiate Contracts and close Agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Resolve Client issues and Complaints in a timely manner
Requirements
- 3 years experience in B2B sales or marketing
- Strong understanding of the FMCG Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
