About the Role

A well-established business within the automotive / motor dealership sector is seeking an experienced and hands-on Accountant / Financial Manager to manage and oversee the full finance function. With a strong background in accounting and financial management, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Full financial management of the business
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Oversight of debtors, creditors, and bank reconciliations
Payroll management and statutory submissions
VAT, tax, and statutory compliance
Financial reporting and analysis
Liaising with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Maintaining strong financial controls and processes

Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience in an accounting or financial management role
At least 5 years experience working in or with car sales / automotive dealerships
Proven experience managing the full finance function
Strong understanding of dealership financial processes

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years experience in an accounting or financial management role.
