About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the credit control processes to ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of our company.

- Debt collection

- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
- Assist with month end receipt capturing
- General office duties
Requirements
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- High level of financial literacy
- Very organized and meticulous with detail
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Work with minimum supervision
- 3-5 years experience in same or similar position, preferable working within FMCG environment
- Sound level of understanding of the major FMCG groups
- Matric (Essential)
- Preferable – Credit management diploma
