About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join our team at Communicate Finance. As a key member of our engineering recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models for civil and structural projects, coordinating models across multiple disciplines, producing accurate drawings and schedules from BIM models, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.

Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a BIM or digital design role
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Diploma or qualification in BIM, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
