About the Role
Communicate Finance is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager (Construction) to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As the backbone of our construction projects, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple site teams and ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple construction projects and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage operational resources, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards
- Report on operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in an operations or senior management role
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and project delivery
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
