About the Role
A respected ICT business services leader in Newcastle is seeking a highly organised and service-driven Sales Secretary / Receptionist to support their Sales Manager and sales department. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a structured, customer-facing environment and enjoys coordinating people, information, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to the sales team
- Manage front-of-house duties, including reception and administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and correspondence
Requirements
- 24 years administrative or sales support experience
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital filing systems
- Experience handling customer queries and supporting a sales team
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
