About the Role
Bidvest Protea Coin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Service Coordinator to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. With a strong background in risk management, labor relations, and administration, you will provide exceptional support to our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate high-risk findings in line with corporate and legal guidelines
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and authorities as required
- Handle all manpower disputes and attend CCMA hearings
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with suppliers
- Manage reports using Journey management platform/system
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Requirements
- PSIRA Grade A
- Minimum 10 years security experience
- Good Labour Relations skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Analytical and quality focused – able to produce accurate management information
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
