About the Role
Northpoint Realty Group is seeking dynamic and driven Commercial Brokers in Real Estate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a skilled and ambitious individual who is eager to take on a leadership role that combines their passion for real estate with significant earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships using advanced CRM systems
- Close deals and achieve 100% commission from day one
- Provide in-depth property and owner reports to clients
- Boost property listing scores to attract more clients
- Collaborate with the dedicated deal coordinator and listings specialist
Requirements
- Valid NQF FFC Certificate
- Strong commercial brokerage skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Completed NQF FFC Certificate (if applicable)
- Relevant degree in Real Estate or related field (if applicable)
