A career opportunity exists at RTG TECHNICAL SERVICES , PANELSHOP, NIGEL for the position of: ADMINISTRATOR PANELSHOP Job Summary (not limited to): Opening and closing of all vehicle job cards (internal and external). Create invoice for job cards finalised. Capture invoices. Supplier recons on monthly basis. Scanning and filing of documents. Providing costs to Risk department. AODSs (acknowledgement of debt). Update of daily Excel sheets, and e-mail to relevant parties. Capture stock invoices for storeroom. Control stock issued against job card. Ordering of stock and stock level control. Daily stock issues. Monthly and daily perpetual stock takes. Place of work will be Reinhardt Transport Group, Technical Services, Nigel Panelshop Requirement: Matric (Grade 12) Fluent in Afrikaans / English (speak /read / write) Must be able to work under pressure Computer literate (Excel is compulsory) Must be able to type at a decent speed Bookkeeping background / Diploma will be an advantage Must have Creditors invoice capturing / recon experience Own Transport Remuneration: To be discussed in the interview
