About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and assisting all Vodacom Stores, as well as leading a team of Rica Agents to meet targets across KwaZulu Natal. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist all Vodacom Stores
- Manage a team of Rica Agents and ensure that all targets are met across KwaZulu Natal.
- Experience with Vodacom M2 and C3D
- Retain existing business by building positive relationships with key personnel and providing excellent service
- To ensure that positive relationships are built with customer base at all levels.
- Accurate feedback must be is given to customers.
- Ensuring that customers recieve professional, accurate quotations within 48 hours of the request.
- Feedback to customers via telephone and e-mail.
- Attention to detail on all admin
- Great Relationship building skills and deadline driven
- Able to perform well under pressure.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;
- Ensuring the feedback is sent to head office timeously and accurately including reports
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Gathering market and customer information
- Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
Requirements
- Must have own car and valid driver’s license
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Responsible, trustworthy and honest
- No criminal record Minimum of 2-3 years experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R9 000 p.m. plus commission
