About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Agent to join our team at Lewis Stores (PTY) Ltd. As the frontline representative, you will be responsible for engaging daily with customers through social media, live chat, and review platforms to ensure a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly.
- Record interactions and escalate complex queries.
- Identify customer sentiment trends and report findings.
- Assist in growing our online community presence.

- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is an advantage.
