About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our law firm in Bedfordview, East Rand. As a litigation attorney, you will be responsible for attending to litigation matters, drafting legal documents, and appearing in court. Key Responsibilities
- Attending to Litigation matters for Law firm-General Attorney duties (client liaison, court appearance etc.)
- Compiling legal documents
Requirements
- Professional and meticulous experience in Civil Litigation
- Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in Civil Litigation
- Right of appearance in the High Court highly preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Good business English proficiency and well spoken
- Bachelor of Laws Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney A MUST
- Independently functional (Drafting of pleadings test will be conducted with shortlisted candidates)

- Completed Bachelor of Laws Degree
Salary & Benefits
R 15 000.00 R 20 000.00 gross maximum + incentives
