About the Role
This Business Analyst role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business & reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specs
- Document processes and workflows
- Support project delivery and backlog grooming (PMO)
- Manage requirement changes and maintain documentation
- Support UAT and validate solutions against requirements
- Improve analysis tools and processes continuously
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 5–8 years’ Business Analysis experience
- Payments industry knowledge (retail, digital, banking, EFT, etc.) advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, Draw.io, Jira, Confluence, and Visio
- Strong business English (additional languages beneficial)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
