About the Role
A leading Financial Services company is seeking a Business Consultant in the Property Space to help their clients move funds internationally and locally. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and maintaining strong connections with real estate agents and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of both annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets in coordination with the company’s sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth and business development.
- Lead and develop relationships with key clients to build long-term sales opportunities and an effective distribution network of regional contacts and influencers in the foreign exchange market.
- Maintain, acquire, and develop key relationships with real estate agents and their clients.
- Develops and maintains a strong business pipeline for regional Accounts and expands on activities.
- Responsible for generating and closing a consistently high level of sales opportunities with clients by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing appropriate FX solutions and services.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Matric + regulatory exams (RE) + FAIS compliance
- Relevant business/legal qualification would be advantageous
- Experience: Sales experience in the property industry would be advantageous
- Entrepreneurial experience would be advantageous
