About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join their team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment and invoicing
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and budgets
- Process payroll for employees and ensure accurate and timely payment
- Collaborate with senior accountants to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
Requirements
- Accounting experience or person who just finished their studies (preferable someone junior)
- Experience in transport operations.
