About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Finance Manager to join their team. As the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full finance function of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and profitability of the company
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements
- Supervise and train finance team members
Requirements
- 5 Years + post articles experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) or CIMA Qualification
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulations
- Sound Understanding of IFRS and IIASA
- Experience working in the financial services industry is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
