About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Invoice Financing Administrator / Debtors Controller to join our team at Profile Personnel. As an administrator of confidential, with-recourse invoice financing transactions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring operational compliance, and liaising with clients’ finance teams professionally. With 12 years of experience in accounting, debtors control, or finance administration, you are well-equipped to handle the administrative tasks required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate client invoices for financing eligibility.
- Post funding, repayments, and fees on Xero and Frontier LMS.
- Daily and monthly reconciliations of financed invoices and bank accounts.
- Track debtor payments, escalate overdue invoices.
- Communicate with clients’ finance teams professionally.
- Prepare regular client statements and internal management reports.
- Ensure transactions follow regulatory and internal policy standards.
- Coordinate the full invoice financing lifecycle from funding to repayment.
- Maintain up-to-date, secure transaction files.
Requirements
- Solid accounting and bookkeeping knowledge (debtors, reconciliations).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Xero, Excel, and general IT systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
- Customer service orientation (internal and external stakeholders).

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field (BCom or diploma preferred).
