Job Summary
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Com Business Management or Business-related tertiary qualification 5 years managerial experience in the fast food / restaurant industry Valid drivers as travel is required Good communication skills in English and MS Office literate Good financial acumen and staff management experience The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Maintain and develop restaurants and ensure staffing levels are determined Recommend / implement action plans Formulate and implement Area Bench Plan Ensure reporting and control compliance Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of complaints Ensure internal security is at maximum level Evaluate performance of management and oversee training and designated certification Implement company programs Maximize sales and profit Direct restaurant operations and recommend wage and salary increases Ensure recognition programs are in place and ensure employee relation compliance Oversee training, personal development and induction Holding regular area meetings Set and ensure achievement of clear restaurant goals Manage controllable and variable expenses Period business reviews Ensure marketing plan is in place and executed Conduct regular coaching visits to restaurants
