About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team at WL Forklift Specialists. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for liaising with new and existing clients, handling client queries, and delivering exceptional service. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our parts department to source relevant parts and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with new and existing clients to build relationships and resolve queries
  • Handle client inquiries and bookings for appointments
  • Deliver a professional and efficient service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate and execute tasks, priorities, and areas of action using our Time Management Plan

Requirements

  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong administrative skills and organizational abilities
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks/Pastel/Excel) is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
