About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Travel Itinerary Visual Designer to join our team at Time Personnel in Milnerton. As an Inbound Travel Itinerary Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing unique travel itineraries and programs that showcase South Africa’s attractions, culture, and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop unique travel itineraries and programs
- Conduct research on destinations, activities, and local partners to ensure offerings are current and relevant
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand client needs and preferences
- Provide training and support to sales team regarding new programs
- Monitor quality assurance as to the success of programs
- Assist in developing budgets for programs
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel program design, itinerary planning, or a related role within the tourism industry
- Proficient in PowerPoint (experience with animation/moving graphics is a big bonus)
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Strong knowledge of Southern Africa’s travel landscape, including popular destinations, cultural experiences, and adventure activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism industry (related roles such as travel program design, itinerary planning, or a related field)
