About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales professional to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge IT technology from leading brands such as Dell, HP, and VMWare.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales operations
Knowledge of IT technology
Preparing daily file uploads
Assisting with general queries
Providing support during sales department overflows
Tracking orders through the system to delivery
Weekly pipeline reporting
Understanding the process from supplier to customer
Resolving daily supply issues and reporting to Management
Conveying key feedback from customers internally
Producing quotes, memos, reports, spreadsheets, and filing
General administration for the sales team

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
E-commerce experience (non-negotiable)
Ability to work under pressure
Good time management skills
Good planning skills
Strong attention to detail
Matric (essential)
