About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven 2IC/Senior Sales Representative to join our team at Fouche & Co Recruitment. With a proven track record in sales and leadership, you’ll bring strategic momentum to our business while fostering a culture of excellence among your peers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, setting high standards for the sales team and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Mentor and coach junior sales representatives to maximize their potential and enhance their skills.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a customer-centric approach.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates the sales team to excel.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Drivers License and Own Vehicle – Non-Negotiable.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a leadership position – Experience in networking events, marketing days, etc
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Administrative Skills.
- Proficient in MS Office

Salary & Benefits
