About the Role

We’re seeking a results-driven 2IC/Senior Sales Representative to join our team at Fouche & Co Recruitment. With a proven track record in sales and leadership, you’ll bring strategic momentum to our business while fostering a culture of excellence among your peers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example, setting high standards for the sales team and fostering a culture of excellence.
Mentor and coach junior sales representatives to maximize their potential and enhance their skills.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a customer-centric approach.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates the sales team to excel.

Requirements

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
High level of initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
Drivers License and Own Vehicle – Non-Negotiable.
Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a leadership position – Experience in networking events, marketing days, etc
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong Administrative Skills.
Proficient in MS Office

Salary & Benefits

R20,000 – R25 000pm + Provident
