About the Role
Staff Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Addo: Reservationist/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries via phone and email. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and are looking for a challenging role in a 4 or 5-star lodge/hotel/resort environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries via phone and email
- Handle bookings for restaurant
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Provide information about accommodation, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records and always ensure excellent guest service
- Assist with administrative and front-office duties as required
- Group welcoming from Safari drives
- Assist in Curio shop
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or reservations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star lodge/hotel/resort environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office; Xero, POS & reservation systems advantageous)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including Weekends
- Able to work under pressure and be able to multitask
- Must have knowledge of all accommodation rates
- Own Transport
