Our client is seeking a Financial Manager / Financial Supervisor to oversee and support the finance function. The successful candidate will be involved in financial reporting, tax compliance, management reporting, and leading a finance team while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and management accounts
• Lead and mentor finance team members
• Manage VAT compliance and SARS submissions
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Support audits and statutory reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

• CA(SA), CIMA or relevant Finance Degree
• SAICA or SAIPA Articles completed

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years post-articles experience
• Previous management experience
• Manufacturing, retail or product-based industry experience preferred
