About the Role
We are seeking a Debriefing Clerk (Dispatching) to join our team at Staff Solutions in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing dispatch-related matters and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile purchase orders, collect supporting documentation, and verify re-deliveries against trip sheets and proof of deliveries.
- Verify each purchase order for date, full name, and signature of the Receiving Clerk.
- Maintain accurate records, reconciliations, and administrative documentation.
- Resolve any driver or delivery issues that arise during the shift.
- Manage dispatch-related matters promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Solid understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA 85 of 1993).
- Knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods is advantageous.
Qualifications
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
