About the Role

Bonafide Human Capital is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a seasoned F&I Manager to join our esteemed client in Pretoria. As a key member of the dealership network, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to maximize gross profit while adhering to the Financial Service Board’s regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle finance and sales of approved products
  • Ensure compliance with FSB requirements and dealer policies
  • Provide training and fit-and-proper services to customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a customer-focused role within the Automotive Retail Industry
  • Relevant diploma or grade 12/Matric qualification
  • Credit Management Diploma advantageous
  • NCA Accreditation, Regulatory Exam, Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with minimum 120 credits
